1 Acceptance & Application of Terms

- Falsifying or manipulating game outcomes through any technical means or collusion.

7 Account Termination & Suspension
Members may close their kk918 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before the account closure is processed, all valid balances will be returned to the member subject to standard KYC verification.
Kk918 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or terminate a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering or illegal activity.

9 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Members agree that any legal action against kk918 must be initiated within twelve (12) months from the date of the incident giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this period will not be entertained.
